About Mount Barker BBQ Facilities

Mount Barker District Council has BBQs at Ascent Estate Playground (picturesque waterside location) and Hilltop Linear Park. Council maintains parks, reserves and road reserves throughout the growing district.

Can I bring my own BBQ to parks in Mount Barker?

Portable BBQs permitted subject to fire restrictions.

During Total Fire Ban days, only gas/electric BBQs are permitted.

Can I book a BBQ facility for exclusive use?

Parks are available for public use. For events, contact Council.
